St Paul's CE Primary School adopts the admissions policy of City of Sunderland Council.  Parents who are considering a school placement are invited to visit the school by arrangement with the Headteacher.  A maximum of 45 children are admitted into Reception and parents of those children who are unsuccessful in their application are entitled to appeal.  Names are accepted anytime and can be registered by calling in to school during the daytime but applications must be submitted to the Local Authority in line with the published timetable - for further information please click on the below link.  Children join the Reception class at the beginning of the school year in which they will be five, and nursery the term after their third birthday (should places allow).

Please note - children who receive a nursery place at our school do not automatically receive a reception class place.
